Logistic and Distribution
We have comprehensive knowledge of logistic service and documentation process of variety of country regulations due to our multinational system. We plan, implement, control every production step carefully. We have our own logistics team at our headquarters in Hong Kong. We provide a logistic service and documentation flow according to each country's regulations.
Our partnership with worldwide logistic companies which have an extensive logistic network supports our control over the process even more.
Quality
As a large company in our domain, we have a strong negotiation and buying power in the market. During our production process, we send our QC agents to control and inspect all of our service providers. These inspections range from: factory evaluation, inline inspection and before shipment inspection, etc...
In addition, we have 16 quality control teams in China and 2 teams in India to inspect our service providers in an effort to maintain their product quality.
Quality Control
Our quality control objective is to ensure each finished product meets the standard set out by the business for a quality product. Two of our main aims are “zero defects” and “total customer satisfaction”. “Zero defects” refers to the aim of producing goods and services with no faults or problems.
We have partnered with SGS, ITS and STR, and work together for laboratory operations. We provide all quality tests regarding the products according to our client needs.
The code of vendor conduct applies to all factories that produce goods for us or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates or agents.
